CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We take bookings by appointment, and accept walk-ins as well. Should you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations to allow us to make amends to our schedule. 
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
  • We have a 7-day return policy for all hair care products.
  • Appliances, brushes, combs, etc., are not returnable.
  • A receipt must accompany all returns.
  • We do not refund returns on wigs and hair extensions, however we do accept exchanges.
TRANSACTION POLICY
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
